Terms and service rules

Epic Promotion is a brand and service operated by Bluebox Corp. In these terms, “Epic,” “Epic Promotion,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bluebox Corp.

1. Account and permitted use

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and use Epic Promotion only for lawful purposes. Orders involving fraud, exploitation, illegal content, illegal gambling, impersonation, or infringement of third-party rights are not allowed.

2. Links and orders

  • Review the link, service, and quantity before submitting. Epic may be unable to correct a wrong link once an order has started.
  • Keep the profile or content public and do not change the username, URL, or privacy settings until the order finishes.
  • Do not run two active orders for the same link and metric through Epic or another provider; results may overlap and become unverifiable.
  • Start, speed, and delivery times are estimates based on recent data and may vary because of demand or social-platform changes.

3. Refill, cancellation, and warranty

Refill and cancellation apply only when the service title or description says so. The period and conditions depend on the selected service. A completed order does not guarantee permanent retention unless the service expressly states otherwise.

4. Balance, payments, and refunds

Confirmed payments are credited as Epic balance. When an order is canceled or partially delivered, the unused amount is returned to the balance according to the recorded result. Credited deposits are normally not cash-withdrawable unless required by applicable law or a confirmed billing error exists. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Support and disputes

Use a support ticket and include the order or payment ID, the correct link, and a clear explanation. Never post passwords, API keys, access codes, or full card details in tickets.

6. Privacy, cookies, and third parties

Bluebox Corp, as the operator of Epic Promotion, processes data needed to manage accounts, payments, support, and orders. Submitted links may be shared with service providers only to fulfill an order. Epic Promotion is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Meta, or other platforms mentioned.

We use necessary storage to remember your preferences. If you select “Accept cookies,” optional Google Analytics cookies are enabled to collect general statistics, such as visited pages and scrolling, and improve the site. This measurement does not include usernames, email addresses, order links, searches, or payment information, and it is not used for advertising or ad personalization. The cookies and your choice may be stored for up to 180 days. You can change your preference at any time through “Cookie settings.” See Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and availability

Services, prices, and conditions may change when providers or platforms change. Epic may suspend unsafe or non-working services. Material changes to these rules should be shown with a new update date.
